Jamie has been with the company for over 40 years and has been Service Manager since 1996. He has obtained an Associates Degree in Industrial Electronics and has over 40 years of experience in related fields. He currently holds 40+ certifications for theory of operations and repair of Kyocera, Mita, Lexmark, IBM, Sharp, and Silver-Reed products.
Mark Schwartz - Service
Mark has been a technician with us for over 35 years. He has obtained an Associates Degree in Electronics/Power Technology and has over 45 years of experience in related fields. He currently holds 20+ certifications for theory of operations and repair of Kyocera and Mita products.
Paul Jeffery - Sales
Paul is a new addition to our crew who adds fantastic customer service to our sales side. Paul has been in sales positions for over 15 years. He is well rehearsed in providing excellent service to new and existing customers when their need for new or more equipment arises. He is currently working towards multiple certifications through Kyocera for theory of sales, account representation, and specific equipment models.
