Jamie has been with the company for over 45 years and has been Service Manager since 1996. He has obtained an Associates Degree in Industrial Electronics and has over 45 years of experience in related fields. He currently holds 40+ certifications for theory of operations and repair of Kyocera, Mita, Lexmark, IBM, Sharp, and Silver-Reed products.

Jeff Elmy - IT

Jeff has been with the company for over 15 years. He has obtained an Associates Degree in Computer Network Systems and a Bachelors in Business Administration/MIS. He has over 18 years of experience in IT and currently holds 60+ certifications for theory of operations and repair of Kyocera products.

Mark has been with the company for over 40 years. He has obtained an Associates Degree in Electronics/Power Technology and has over 45 years of experience in related fields. He currently holds 20+ certifications for theory of operations and repair of Kyocera and Mita products.
